Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and engage new clients.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads interested in our services, converting
them into valued customers.
• Expand our client portfolio and business volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the closure of sales opportunities.
• Keep a keen eye on emerging trends and technologies impacting service sales.
• Collaborate with sales team members to create effective outbound prospecting processes.
Main requirements
• Expertise with custom software development services sales.
• Experience working with and selling global teams on a staff augmentation basis.
• Minimum 5 years of custom software development services experience within
software development services firms.
• Proven full life cycle sales experience.
• Track record of successful customer relationship management, including lead
conversion.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
