Farm Manager Apprentice
Branchville is a premier agribusiness corporation, at the forefront of agricultural innovation and excellence. We oversee a diverse portfolio of companies, including BRise, a CBD enterprise; Summers Wellness Farms, specializing in agriculture and agribusiness; and BranchvilleInc, an IT consulting firm, positioning us uniquely at the intersection of agriculture and technology.

Branchville, South Carolina ok if you live in Atlanta (Hybrid)
Overview:
Branchville is looking for a passionate and experienced Farm Manager Apprentice to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to lead and innovate in the cultivation of organic vegetables, including watermelons, peppers, cauliflower, tomatoes, and various leafy greens. Our farm operates both greenhouse and outdoor field environments, located in the heart of Branchville, SC.
Compensation:
- Apprenticeship: $15/hour for the first 3 months. (Full Time)
- Post-Apprenticeship: Full salary of $53,000 annually, including benefits.
Requirements:
- Proximity to Branchville, SC preferred, or willingness to visit the farm from Atlanta at least 2x a month.
- Experience in greenhouse and outdoor field operations.
- Strong knowledge of the specified crops.
- A keen interest in agriculture/agribusiness and non-profits.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-start and work independently.
